Our Vision

Our Vision Statement

Vision for us is as simply as it is - to visualize the present from the future. Written in 2025, we set three periods: two years, four years and six years to transform our dreams into reality.

It begins with building a fully functioning compound, grows into a self-sufficient community in nature, and eventually expands into a network of connected communities.

Vision 2029

First community of seven families in the forest of Koh Phangan:

  • Houses made from natural materials, arranged with both private and shared spaces
  • A water purification system producing clean, energized water for all families
  • Organic vegetable gardens and a fruit orchard providing daily food
  • Energy systems: solar panels on roofs and a hydro-wheel in the river
  • Shared buildings: cafés, restaurants, libraries for adults, and a children's school
  • Intranet network: cables between houses or local frequency devices, separated from the global grid
  • Defense and camouflage systems: scrambling devices and natural forest cover protecting the community
2031

Vision 2031

A start of a cluster of communities in Koh Phangan and world-wide:

  • Each community self-sufficient but specialized in certain products or services
  • Larger water factories supplying more than one community
  • Fields of rice, wheat, and orchards cultivated at a bigger scale
  • Mini-factories: processing food, packing products, producing cosmetics and detergents
  • Craft and service centers: tailors, shoemakers, arts and crafts workshops operating daily
  • Exchanges of goods, skills, and knowledge between communities on the island
  • Children visiting and studying together, adults trading and working across communities
  • Connections with international communities: video calls, visits, product exchanges, knowledge sharing

A clear network of resilience and independence, where communities support each other while remaining self-reliant.
