Our Mission

How We Get to Our Vision

Our mission is to build step by step toward the vision through design, construction, people, and global communication. The mission is ambitious and challenging because we must specialize deeply in every area — architecture, landscape, water, agriculture, arts, education, technology, communication — and then integrate them into one working system.

Our Implementation Phases

Phase 1: Idea and Planning

  • Define the full concept of culture, nature, education, and sustainability.
  • Prepare architectural and landscape designs for all parts of the compound.
  • Develop detailed plans for water systems, gardens, galleries, and community spaces.

Phase 2: Consultants and Partners

  • Recruit the best consultants and partners from every area.
  • Bring together knowledge and expertise to ensure quality in all parts.
  • Build cooperation between local and international professionals.
3

Phase 3: Construction and Development

  • Establish the organic gardens, water purification systems, and cultural facilities.
  • Create pathways, waterways, and green spaces that bring activity and life.
4

Phase 4: People and Organization

  • Recruit the right team of teachers, artists, gardeners, and managers.
  • Organize communication and collaboration between all roles.
  • Form partnerships with communities and supporting organizations.
