Ideology and Values

Our ideology is to help individuals live in small communities totally self-reliant supplying their own needs of clean air, pure water, organic grown and self-processed food, solar and hydro energy, and independent communication within the community and with other communities all around. We aspire to support people in living meaningful lives of self-development education and arts.

Our Ideology is built on three practical pillars:

1

Exposing to Nature - introducing international quality arts

Purpose

Create an attractive place that connects people—local residents, children, and tourists—to the physical experience of nature and introducing international high standard visual and performance arts.

Means

  • Exploring the forest, observing birds and small mammals, and experiencing water systems and waterways.
  • Learning about production processes in the water factory and organic garden.
  • Enjoying carefully designed cafés and restaurants of high standard.
  • Experiencing world-class performances in arts and culture, especially classical music, theater, and performances from Europe and Japan.
  • Engaging with a library offering books in five languages, focusing on classics, and making knowledge accessible to the whole island community.

Outcome

A living compound where nature, knowledge, and culture merge, inspiring joy, curiosity, and a sense of belonging.

2

Balance Between Physical and Digital Life

Purpose

Help and support people—especially children—to spend more time in real, physical activities, balancing against the dominance of the digital world.

Means

  • Offering games, educational programs, workshops, and outdoor learning experiences.
  • Designing spaces that invite active movement, creativity, and exploration.
  • Promoting physical reality as a healthier and more fulfilling alternative to passive screen time.

Outcome

A healthier generation, accustomed to learning, playing, and connecting in the physical world.

3

Self reliant way of living

Purpose

Inspire individuals to pursue self-development and a conscious, independent way of life, beyond institutional or governmental systems.

Means

  • Encouraging people to build their own paths of living, guided by internal strength and values.
  • Teaching that happiness and resilience can only be achieved through inner growth.
  • Helping individuals to have as many "more positive than negative" moments in their own lives.
  • Spreading these values both directly (through the compound) and indirectly (through media, word of mouth, and international connections).

Outcome

Creating self-reliant communities empowering individuals, developing inner strength and creating more positive balance in their lives.
